Wellbeing College

The Wellbeing College offers learning opportunities for people aged 16 and over who live in the Borders and are interested in joining with others to learn more about their mental health and wellbeing.

During these times, Personal Tutors are offering one to one telephone support for 30 minutes. The focus of these calls will be to offer a space to check in about your general health and wellbeing and also to ensure you have access to the resources and support you need just now.

Tutors will also offer a space to consider what they might focus their time and their minds on over the coming weeks, perhaps considering reconnecting with an old friend on the phone, giving a jigsaw a go or getting the old photo albums out for a bit of air. Whatever it is, the Personal Tutors will be there to help you make this possible.

We will also be sending out regular newsletter updates via email which will share helpful, tips, ideas and resources over the coming weeks. You can register by emailing us at the address below.

Our courses are going digital! Keep an eye out on our website for some short online sessions delivered to you by our Personal Tutors which we will be adding to regularly.
